Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our dog treats, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

We take great care in packing and sending every order. Natural variations in appearance, texture, or firmness can occur, particularly during warmer weather or transit, and do not affect the quality or safety of our treats.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
