Why is shipping weight-based?

We use weight-based shipping so it stays as fair as possible for all orders — especially when ordering multiple items. It helps ensure customers aren’t overcharged while allowing us to pack and send treats safely.

Is there a way to get better value from shipping?

Yes! Shipping often works best when ordering a couple of items together rather than a single treat. Many customers like to bundle a few favourites to make the most of shipping.

How long does my order take to be sent?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or launches, it may take slightly longer — we always do our best to keep things moving.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — local pickup is available by appointment only. You’ll find this option at checkout if it applies to your order.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

We sure do! We ship orders all across Australia.

🐾 Yoghurt Treats & Warm Weather

Do yoghurt treats melt in warm weather?

In warmer weather or during transit, they may soften slightly or sweat a little. This is completely normal yoghurt behaviour and doesn’t affect quality. Once cooled, they will firm up again and are still pawfect for treating.

Is it safe to order yoghurt treats in summer?

Yes — many customers do! We recommend bringing parcels inside promptly after delivery and storing yoghurt treats in the refrigerator.

Why do yoghurt treats sometimes look a little different?

Because our treats are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, shape or decoration can occur. This is part of what makes each batch unique.

How are your treats made?

Many of our treats are handmade by us in small batches with care and attention, while others are thoughtfully sourced from trusted Australian suppliers who share our values around quality and enrichment. Every product we stock is carefully selected with dogs’ wellbeing in mind.

Do you use preservatives?

No — we don’t use artificial preservatives in our treats. This means natural variations and weather sensitivity can occur, particularly with yoghurt-based products.

How should I store my treats once they arrive?

We recommend keeping treats in a cool, dry place and following any specific guidance provided for each product.
